With the demand growing everyday, the country has turned out to be the ultimate sourcing destination for foreign buyers to source quality apparel from India. With the objective to provide a one-stop platform to the overseas buyers and to facilitate & promote business between Indian apparel suppliers and foreign buyers, the Apparel Export Promotion Council of India has set up Apparel House at Gurgaon, an emerging city located near the capital city of India. This global sourcing hub is funded by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.

The exhibition cum showroom cum conference complex is equipped with the most modern facilities and amenities required in a contemporary business milieu. The business hub is an architectural marvel complete with exhibition areas, showrooms, conference room & facilities, hospitality services and other facilities.

Auditorium
The auditorium provides an appropriate place for holdings meetings, presentations, seminars etc. with the capacity of 300+ people.
Apparel House is equipped with a state of the art auditorium, spread across an area of 11, 620 sq. ft. This auditorium is endowed with all the necessary facilities like audio/visual projectors, screens for slide shows, coloured lights, an impeccable surround sound system with digital effects and many other such features. Comfortable seating arrangements are provided for participants and visitors, with a seating capacity of 312 people, enabling them to sit with a relaxed mind and spirit.
The auditorium provides an ideal platform for conducting Meeting, Presentations and other Company Functions for professionals from a diverse range of fields like fashion designers, textile laboratories, schools and fashion institutes, textiles/non-textiles association of dyed, chemical and packaging industries. With such wide and unique features, it is now possible for both buyers and sellers to glean a detailed knowledge on the various products and services being exhibited there along with other important details about the concerned export house.
Rental Charges
The rental charges of the auditorium varies as per the time for which it will be rented out. Here is a brief description about the rental charges of the auditorium:
For a duration of 4 hours: Rs. 15000/-
For a duration of 8 hours: Rs. 25,000/-
For a duration of 12 hours: Rs. 35,000/- + refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000/-.
State-of-the-art exhibition complex
Outside the auditorium, a vast and splendid area has been provided for participants to exhibit their products and creations such as apparels, fabrics, textile products and various other accessories. A number of stalls have been set up for each participant at a capacious area of 60,000 sq. ft. More than one exhibition can be conducted at a time on several floors of this exhibition area. These floors are well connected by safe and accident free escalators connecting the lower ground floor and the first floor.
The exhibition area is also equipped with a lift weighing around 3 tonnes to efficiently load as well as unload goods of heavy weight, thereby facilitating a smooth movement of such goods. Its centrally air conditioned system can effortlessly cover three different exhibition simultaneously. This gives a much needed respite from a scorching summer heat, enabling the participants and the visitors to enjoy the exhibition at leisurely pace.
Rental Charges
The exhibition complex can be rented out subject to certain rental charges. These are mentioned below:
Rs. 130 per sq. mt. between October to March, considered to be a peak period
Rs. 52/- per sq. mt. between April to September, a lean period
5% extra contingency charges
Rs 40/- per sq. mt of air conditioning charges per day
Stand lighting charges of Rs. 12.60/- per sq. mt.
Rs 300/- per day per set of door frame metal detector
Security- As per rate contract of Apparel House with security agency
Flag poles worth Rs 30/- each.
Conference Room: With capacity of 28 nos.

Apart from a well equipped auditorium, Apparel House possesses and is also planning to build various other centers for the convenience of participants and visitors. These utility service centers comprises of the following:
Two conference rooms from 2nd to 6th floor at an area of 300 sq. ft.
A cafeteria to be built soon on the ground floor, at an area of 2500 sq. ft plus an additional open area of 5000 sq. ft.
Travel Desk, ATM/ Bank, An Art Gallery on the ground floor at an area of 200, 1000, 3000 sq. ft. respectively are available for the befits of showroom holders & visitors to the Apparel House.
