AEPC is a nodal agency sponsored by the Ministry of Textiles, Government
of India entrusted with the responsibility of monitoring and promotion of
export of Readymade Garments from India. The Council has commissioned the
Apparel House at Gurgaon, state of art architectural marvel of its kind
apparel sourcing hub in South Asia. It has Exhibition Area, Business
Centre, Conference Facility. Auditorium, Art Gallery, Showrooms under one
roof amidst world class facility. Apparel House is the only permanent
sourcing hub to cater to buyers requirements year-round. Apparel House is
launching promotional programme in all spheres of textile trade.
Offers are emitted for supporting various promotional activities on
retainership for a period of one year.
The agency would be required to create awareness by promoting India as hub
for sourcing quality and right price garment/accessories to promote the
Apparel House and to organize & promote various events in the domestic
market and overseas markets with following broad functions:-
i)
Designing of brochures, posters, trophies, mementos, calendars,
catalogues, Signages, Dress Codes, Pamphlets, Layouts theme pavilion,
press releases, invitation cards, badges and other related materials.
ii)
Still and video design scripts.
The agency should have minimum 10 years experience in the similar field
and have good contacts with printers and promotional agencies.
The agency would be kept on the retainer-ship basis.
