An applicant for the showroom is subject to certain terms and conditions, which are outlined below:
Allotment of showrooms will be on a 'Leave and License' basis, which will be periodically renewed.
Allotment of showrooms as per applications will be on the basis of FCFS i.e. First-cum-first-serve.
All refundable sums such as interest free, license fee and security deposit will be settled only after completion of the license period.
Applications for showroom allotment are subject to screening by a committee constituted by AEPC.
No ownership of the showrooms is allowed.
A maintenance charge per sq ft as fixed by AEPC (subject to revisions periodically) is payable by the 7th of each month by the allottee.
A security deposit of Rs. 1 lakh is payable by the allottee.
An allottee can apply for transfer of a showroom to another eligible applicant after an initial lock-in period of 3 years, subject to transfer charges.
If an allottee wants to surrender a showroom prior to his completion of the lock-in-period of 3 years, he is subject to the conditions and deductions of the 'Leave and License' agreement.
All applications are to be submitted with the initial booking amount. The balance amount and the security deposit are payable on or before date of possession.
If the allottee fails to pay the balance amount within the stipulated time period, he is subject to a penalty of 15% compounded half yearly.
The allottee is required to pay administrative charges as prescribed in the agreement.
In case of unsuccessful applicants, the initial booking amount will be refunded without interest.
Mortgage/sub-leasing/renting of showrooms are not allowed.
Any successful candidate who wants to withdraw later will forfeit the application money.
The allottee is subject to the payment of all taxes, levies, fees and cess related to the showroom as per the rules set by the council.
In case it is found that the applicant has got the showroom on mis-representation, the cancellation of showroom will be effective immediately and the application amount will be forfeited.
AEPC reserves the right to make additions, alterations, or modifications to the terms and conditions as and when necessary.
The decision of AEPC is final on any clarification or interpretation regarding the terms and conditions.
Any dispute pertaining to allotment, license, etc. will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court at Gurgaon, Haryana.
The allottee shall be governed by the provisions, rules, regulations and by-laws made and notified by AEPC from time to time.
