under any circumstance. In order to maintain high levels of quality,
we have an effective quality management process well in place at all
stages right from the purchase of raw materials and right through
production. Once the goods have been produced, they are put through a
series of tests to judge them on various parameters of Color
fastness, Bleaching, Dying and Printing, Dimensional accuracy,
Unevenness, Foreign fibers and their Stretchability. International
quality standards are religiously adhered to at all levels to ensure
premium products for the maximum satisfaction of the clients.

A robust infrastructural
facility lends strength to every organization, and at Vinson Exports,
we have an ideal combination of man and machine. Our infrastructural
facility comprises of two well equipped manufacturing units, which
are based in Delhi. These production units house about 158 sewing
machines and other special purpose machines (4 thread over lock
machines, flat lock machines, etc.) to facilitate a smooth production
of the garments. Washing and ironing of the products is also carried
out within the premises to ensure total perfection. We have a
capacity of meeting orders of up to 80 thousand (units) per month.
Our workforce is the best
in the industry and comprises of talented and experienced designers
and skilled and semi-skilled workers. The designers think out of the
box to come up with exquisite designs and patterns, which set new
trends in the market. A large and spacious warehouse helps us in
storing our products, before they are shipped to their respective
destinations.
